Illustrations and Storytelling with İhtiyaç Haritası

For İhtiyaç Haritası’s 2024 year-end wrap-up, we created a series of original texts and custom illustrations that reflected the organization’s impact and milestones throughout the year. These elements were then brought to life through an animated motion graphic video, combining storytelling with dynamic visuals to celebrate a year of solidarity, action, and collective effort.

Another year is behind us.
This year was more than just a busy calendar.
It was a journey of growth, strengthened by standing side by side.
Along the way, there were ups and downs—trees, skies, and beautiful views accompanying us.
We made many companions along this road.
We walked toward a shared purpose.
At each stop, we built new friendships and wrote new stories.
Sometimes, we met at the same point on the same map.
Other times, we drew new routes.
But always,
We came together for a more inclusive and just world.
The small steps we took together
Turned into a long-lasting marathon of solidarity.

We thank all our volunteers, partners, and supporters who shared this journey, these stories, and our dreams.

In the new year,
We hope our paths cross again and our hopes grow together.

Bir yılı daha geride bıraktık.
Bu yıl, bizim için dolu dolu bir ajandadan çok daha fazlasıydı.
Bu yıl, yan yana durarak güçlendiğimiz bir kalkınma yolculuğuydu.
Bu yolda inişler, çıkışlar, ağaçlar, gökyüzü ve manzaralar bize eşlik etti.

Fakat her zaman,
Daha kapsayıcı ve adil bir dünya için buluştuk.
Birlikte attığımız küçük adımlar,
Uzun soluklu bir dayanışma maratonuna dönüştü.

Bu yıl, yolculuğumuzu, hikayemizi ve hayallerimizi paylaşan tüm gönüllülerimiz, paydaşlarımız ve destekçilerimize teşekkür ederiz.
