Animated Visuals for Women Faces Festival

For the Women Faces Festival, we created the festival’s visual identity by combining black-and-white portrait photographs—carefully selected to represent diverse styles, bodies, and forms of existence—with hand-drawn illustrations. Each portrait was more than just a face; it was a voice, a color, and a story of its own.

To bring these powerful visuals to life, we animated the illustrated portraits using Midjourney, adding subtle movement and rhythm that echoed the spirit and presence of each woman. The result was not only visually engaging but emotionally resonant, extending the story beyond the still frame.

With our designs, we aimed for more than just aesthetics; we celebrated inclusivity, diversity, and the powerful presence of women on stage.
