Video Production for the Functional Kitchen Workshop – KÜME Project

As part of the EU-funded KÜME (Production Center for Women) Project, led by the World Bank and implemented by IDEMA, Artbox provided video production services for the Functional Kitchen Workshop held with Ahenk Cooperative’s Syrian and Turkish co-founders. Conducted by renowned Nutritionist and Sustainable Living Advocate Dilara Koçak, the workshop featured creative interpretations of traditional Mersin cuisine, including spinach-stuffed içli köfte and gluten-free bread made with buckwheat flour. Our team captured the inspiring moments of cross-cultural collaboration, local heritage, and sustainable food practices.
