2D Animation for Impact: The Starfish Story for UNICEF

As part of the public service announcement we created for UNICEF’s Project for Strengthening the Foster Care System in Turkey, we produced a 2D animated starfish character to support the storytelling in a warm, engaging, and emotionally resonant way. Combining hand-drawn, cartoon-style illustrations with 2D animation, the video was designed to appeal to a broad audience while conveying the importance of foster care in a simple, accessible language. Through this creative approach, we aimed to reflect the emotional depth of the message and highlight that every child deserves care, protection, and a loving family.
